Sales Venues

  1. Mobile Vendor Booth -- One of the best ways to purchase your items is to see them in person by visiting our booth at an event. Payment can be made with either cash, credit or debit. Be aware that purchasing at a our vendor booth may also save you money as there are no shipping fees to pay. To see a list of upcoming events, please click here.

  2. Online Purchases -- When it comes to convenience, nothing beats shopping online. Direct online purchases are processed using PayPal, a secure internet transaction processer that has over 87 million users and is the predominant medium for payments on eBay. Whether buying with a credit card or a PayPal account, our customers do not pay any additional transaction fees for their online purchases. As you shop, click on the "Add to Cart" button. When you are done selecting the products you would like to purchase, click "Shopping Cart" from the menu bar. At this point you will be directed to PayPal's secure website to view your cart and process your payment. PayPal will then e-mail you a payment confirmation and you can also print out.   3. Pre-Orders -- Would you like to reserve a product to pick it up at a show or at our Bohemia warehouse? Let us know by filling out and submitting a pre-order form. Since we cannot bring every product we sell to every single event, pre-ordering a product ensures that we will have it at our vendor booth when you visit us at a show. It is also one of the ways you can arrange for a pick up at our warehouse. Please be aware that due to size, fragility, and/or limited supply, there are some products that we do not normally ship and for which we do not accept direct online payment. For this class of products we strongly encourage you to pre-order the product and ask for more information by internet or phone. In limited cases, mailing or delivery may still be an option. You can submit pre-order forms for wall art & bamboo mats directly through our website, or if you prefer, you can call in or e-mail (ordering@jadecraftsdecor.com) us with your pre-order request.


  • Our standard shipping methods are UPS Ground Service & USPS Priority Mail. Based on UPS's published shipping time estimates, customers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maryland, Delaware and Eastern Pennsylvania, should receive their items within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS after an order has been been submitted. However, please note that UPS' policy only makes a guarantee of 5 BUSINESS DAYS IN TRANSIT for deliveries within the continental United States of America. In some instances, USPS Priority Mail may offer quicker estimated delivery times, however please note that these estimated delivery times are NOT guaranteed by the U.S. Post Office. Customers also have the option of paying for faster, more costly shipment. Due to their proximity to Jade Eagle, customers in New York City, Westchester, New Jersey and Long Island are advised that costlier shipping options will result in little or no difference in delivery time, which for these areas is normally 1 to 2 BUSINESS DAYS with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

  • Shipment for direct online orders is limited to the continental United States of America. If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the U.S.A., please do not submit an order directly over the internet. Instead, fill out a pre-order form first and we will contact you to discuss shipping options and prepare a special quotation.

  • Note to Canadian customers: Shipping rates to Canada can vary drastically, however delivery to urban and suburban areas, especially those in Ontario & Quebec can actually be quite low. If interested in making an online purchase, please e-mail your desired products along with your postal code so we can find the lowest cost shipping option and save you from Customs (CBSA) fees & shipping company surcharges.

  • Disclaimer: Jade Eagle is not responsible for delays resulting from the service provided by UPS and/or other mail carriers. Jade Eagle is also not responsible for delays or losses due to the provision of incorrect or incomplete mailing addresses. We strongly advise our customers to carefully check the mailing addresses they provide us. If a customer becomes aware of an address error after an order has already been processed, we ask that you promptly contact us via BOTH phone AND e-mail. In the case of the provision of incorrect or incomplete mailing addresses, customers will be responsible for any additional cost incurred for redirecting packages.

Returns & Refunds

  • Certain items purchased online or over the telephone may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt provided they are in the original packaging, have not been used, are in saleable condition and accompanied by a proof of purchase. Any refund or value for exchange that may be granted shall be based on the retail value at which the item was sold and will not include shipping costs. Please do not mail back any item until you have first received a confirmation of your request. Returned product should be carefully packed and insured shipping is strongly recommended. Refund not granted for merchandise returned in damaged condition.
